COVID 19 Update 26th February 2021
After this weeks Government announcment by the PM here is the current update to adhere to the Government Rules.
There looks like there could be light at the end of the tunnel. Currently all non-essential businesses must remain closed until April 12th although this could change. This means that for the time being we will have to continue to offer a "remote selling" procedure. The showroom has to remain closed but we are working remotely. Some of our staff are currently on part time furlough, so we are operating with reduced staff so please be patient on any reply.
Over the past couple of months we are pleased to say that some people have entered into the whole new selling procedure, where we can offer video calls to talk you around the cars we have in stock. This along with showing any potential customer all of the paperwork ie. V5's and Service History means that they have enough peace of mind and of course our 28 years of trading to purchase the vehicle and then use our contactless "click and collect" off site service or in some cases they opt to use our FOC delivery within a ten mile radius with pre payment.
We will endeavour to keep the adverts up to date and where possible publish a full batch of photographs, if the particular car you are interested in does not have photos please either be patient or email us and will do our best to answer your questions as quickly as possible. As far as the selling pricedure is concerned with test drives not permitted and no visits to our premises are allowed so please do not just turn up.
As a business we have learnt a lot since the first lockdown in March last year. We are confident that we can support you our customers in a perfectly secure and effective way. These measures are as recommended by the Government and also the Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders and also LawData. Anyone working outside these conditions are breaking the law and both you and them could be prosecuted and fined up to £200 by travelling an un-reasonable disitance to carry out such a transaction. We look forward to hearing from you.
HOPEFULLY WE HAVE TURNED A CORNER WHAT WITH THE VACCINE ETC BUT WE MUST ALL STILL HELP EACH OTHER - STAY SAFE, SAVE LIVES AND PROTECT THE NHS!
